សិទ្ធិស័្វយសម្រេច
មានន័យថា សិទ្ធិក្នុងការសម្រេចចចិត្តដោយឯករាជ្យរបស់បុគ្គល ក្រុម សហគមន៍ ស្ថាប័ន ឬប្រទេសណាមួយ។
ឧទាហរណ៍៖ ឧ. ស្របតាមស្មារតីរដ្ឋធម្មនុញ្ញនៃព្រះរាជាណាកម្ពុជាឆ្នាំ១៩៩៣ ប្រជពលរដ្ឋខ្មែរគ្រប់រូបមានសិទ្ធិស្វ័យសម្រេចក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសតំណាងរាស្ត្រដែលខ្លួនពេញចិត្ត។
ឧ. នៅឆ្នាំ២០០២ ប្រជាជនទីម័រខាងកើតបានប្រើប្រាស់សិទ្ធិស្វ័យសម្រេចក្នុងការបង្កើតរដ្ឋឯករាជ្យមួយដោយខ្លួនឯង។
