VAT of Non-Profit Activities in the public interest Cambodia Tax

Non-Profit Activities in the public interest Cambodia Tax is not subject to value added tax (VAT, but  non-profit activities in the public interest that have been recognized by the Minister of Economy and Finance.

The exemption for non-profit activities in public interest is not automatically granted to non-profit organizations (NGOs) and requires an application to the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF).
