Small taxpayers must file their monthly tax declarations no later than the 20th day of the following month. This means that, in declaring tax for the month of February 2018, they must submit their declarations at the latest on 20 March 2018.

For Special case, the deadline falls on Saturday, Sunday, or Public Holiday, tax payment will be extended to the next working day announced by General Department of Taxation (GDT).
