Expenses Related to Previous Period for Cambodia Tax

Expenses Related to Previous Period are non-deductible expense for Cambodia Tax. Assume your accountant may forget to record expenses such as marketing expense or admin expense in 2018, but next year in year 2019, your tax account realized that he forgot to record these expenses in 2018, so he want to record these expenses in year 2019. For this case, Cambodia Tax Law does not allow these expenses as deductible expenses for tax on income (profit).

Example 1

Accountant of ABC company recorded supply office expense of $100 in 2019, but this expense occurred in 2018.

This case is that ABC company cannot declare office supply expense of $100 occurred in 2018 as deductible expense in 2019 for tax on income purpose.
